After navigating through the challenges of COVID-19 we need to find the focus, motivation and inspiration to succeed and look at what businesses are doing to remain sustainable. In the global economy the principles of sustainability are largely focused on: economy, society, and the environment.
We have re-imagined sustainability and will be asking you to showcase how your business is a shining example, focused on:
PEOPLE | PROFIT | PURPOSE
PEOPLE: What do you do to take care of the well-being of your people and build relationships within your business environment? (includes you, your team, relationships with suppliers, customers and/or partners. You can think about working hours, salaries, benefits, training and development, etc.).
PROFIT: How successful is your business financially, and what plans are in place for continued sustainability?
PURPOSE: What is your community currency? (within the Jewish community OR the greater Cape Town community)
